Use AI on a note, safely

You want AI to tidy a discharge summary you wrote. Move the steps until they are in a safe order, then check.

Move the steps up and down until they are in the right order.

Step 1: Compare every line of the result with the patient record.
Step 2: Ask it to fix wording and structure only, without adding clinical content.
Step 3: Have the responsible clinician read and sign the final version.
Step 4: Check your facility's rules on which AI tools staff may use.
Step 5: Remove names, dates of birth, record numbers and other identifiers from your draft.
Step 6: Paste the cleaned draft into the approved tool.
