Training plans for a gym coach

A gym coach can use AI to draft and format weekly plans faster, while the coach decides what is safe for each person.

A personal trainer might have fifteen clients, each with a different goal, schedule and history. Writing a neat weekly plan for each one takes evenings.

Give the chatbot the plan you have already chosen, in your own short notes, and ask it to turn it into a clean table with days, exercises, sets, reps and rest. It can also write a friendly message to send with it.

AI can suggest exercise swaps or a progression, and some ideas will be useful. But it has never seen your client move. Injuries, health conditions, pregnancy and age need your judgement, and sometimes a doctor's.

Use a code like "Client A" in place of names, and leave out medical details. The coach keeps the full notes.

Do it now

Format one client's week

  1. 1. Write your plan for one client in rough notes.
  2. 2. Use the prompt below to turn it into a clean table.
  3. 3. Read every line and change anything that does not fit that person.
I am a gym coach. Turn my rough notes into a clear 1-week training table for Client A: day, exercise, sets x reps, rest, notes. Notes: [YOUR PLAN]. Do not add new exercises. Then write a short, encouraging Zalo message in Vietnamese to send with it.
