Lesson 230 · 2 min
Turning notes into a checklist
Paste messy notes and ask AI to pull out every action as a short checklist with owners and dates, so nothing slips.

Notes from calls, trainings or your own thinking are full of things to do, hidden in long sentences. When you read them later, it is easy to miss half of them.
AI is good at finding the actions. Ask it to turn the notes into a checklist: one action per line, starting with a verb, with an owner and a due date where the notes say so.
Ask it to keep a separate list of things that are unclear, such as tasks with no owner. Do not let it guess, because a guessed owner may never know they were assigned.
Put the checklist where you will see it: your task app, a shared document or a sheet stuck to the wall.

Turn these notes into a checklist. One action per line, starting with a verb. Add owner and due date only if the notes say so; otherwise write "owner?" or "date?". Group by person if there is more than one. At the end, list anything that looks like a task but is unclear. [PASTE NOTES]
