Lesson 257 · 3 min
A one-month content calendar
Spend one hour with AI planning a month of posts, and you stop waking up each day wondering what to share.

Most shops post when they remember, then go quiet for two weeks. A simple calendar fixes that: a list of dates, a topic for each, and the format, like photo, short video or story.
Start by giving AI the month's real events: paydays, holidays, Mid-Autumn or Tết if they fall in that month, your own sales, new stock arriving. Ask it to fill the gaps with a mix of post types, such as tips, customer stories and behind the scenes.
Work in steps. First ask for the list of topics. Then pick the ones you like and ask for a draft caption for each week, one batch at a time. Small steps are easier to check than a giant table.
Be realistic. Three good posts a week that you actually make beats a plan for two a day that you drop by day five. Put the calendar in a spreadsheet or a notebook you see every morning.
