Lesson 109 · 2 min
Turn a video into a lesson
With a video's transcript, AI can build questions, a summary and activities around it in minutes.

Good educational videos are everywhere, but a video alone is passive. Students watch, nod and forget. Questions and activities around it make it a lesson.
Start with the transcript. Many video platforms show one under the video, and you can copy it. Some AI tools can also read a video link directly. Paste the transcript and give your class details and goal.
Ask for three parts: questions to answer while watching, with time stamps if the transcript has them; a short discussion task for after; and a quick check of the key ideas.
Watch the video yourself before class. Auto transcripts can mishear words, and AI may describe things that appear only on screen and not in the transcript. Respect the creator's rights: play it from the original page and avoid downloading and re-uploading it.
