A call from a voice you know, asking for money

Your “son” calls, crying, and says he needs money transferred right now. Put these steps in the right order.

Move the steps up and down until they are in the right order.

  1. Step 1: Report it to the police (113 in Vietnam) and warn the rest of the family

  2. Step 2: If you can't reach them, check with another relative or ask for the family code word

  3. Step 3: Call the person back on the number you already have saved

  4. Step 4: If you already sent money, call your bank straight away on the official hotline printed on your card

  5. Step 5: Hang up

  6. Step 6: Don't send any money while you are still on the call, however urgent it sounds
