Use AI on a work task, safely

You want AI to help you draft a reply to a citizen's letter. Move the steps until they are in a safe order, then check.

Move the steps up and down until they are in the right order.

Step 1: Check the draft line by line against the file and fix anything wrong.
Step 2: Open the AI tool your agency approves.
Step 3: Remove names, ID numbers, addresses and other personal details from what you will paste.
Step 4: Add the personal details back and send it for sign-off as usual.
Step 5: Check your agency's rules on using AI for work.
Step 6: Ask for a draft, giving the facts, the purpose and the tone you need.
