AI for a delivery driver

A delivery driver can use AI to plan routes, track earnings and write quick messages, as long as the phone stays away while driving.

Drivers for Grab, Be, Shopee or a local shop often juggle many small orders. Before you start, a chatbot can help you plan: paste a list of addresses and ask for a sensible order to visit them, then check it against the map app.

At the end of the day, paste your earnings and costs, such as fuel, parking and phone data, and ask for a simple weekly table. Many drivers are surprised by how much fuel takes out of each order once it is written down.

AI can also help you write polite, short messages for common moments: you are running late, you cannot find the gate, the customer is not answering. Save them as quick replies so you tap once and go.

Safety first. Do not type or read chatbot replies while riding. Pull over, park, then use your phone. And never share a customer's address or phone number in a chatbot.

Do it now

Track one week of real earnings

  1. 1. Each evening, note your orders, income and costs in your phone.
  2. 2. After seven days, paste them with the prompt below.
  3. 3. Look at your real earnings per hour and decide if any shift is not worth it.
Here are my delivery notes for 7 days: [DATE, HOURS WORKED, ORDERS, INCOME IN DONG, FUEL, OTHER COSTS]. Make a table and calculate my profit per day and per hour after costs. Tell me which day and time gave the best profit. Keep the maths simple and show it.
