AI for a hair and nail salon
A salon can use AI to write service menus, plan quiet days and answer booking messages, so the staff spend more time with clients.
Salons get the same messages again and again: how much is a gel set, can I book at 6pm, how long does a hair colour take. A chatbot can help you write a clear service menu and a few reply templates you paste in seconds.
It can also help you plan. Tell it which days are busy and which are empty, and ask for simple ideas to fill the slow hours, such as a weekday price for students or a small combo of hair wash and nails.
For style ideas, you can describe a client's request and ask the AI for questions to clarify it, like length, colour shade and how much time they spend styling at home. Better questions mean fewer surprises at the mirror.
Keep client photos and phone numbers private, and ask before you post any photo of a client online. Product claims, like a treatment that "cures" hair loss, should never go in your posts.
