Plan a move week by week

Moving house goes smoother when AI breaks it into small weekly jobs you can actually tick off.

A move has dozens of small jobs that all seem to land on the last weekend: booking a truck, packing, telling the landlord, moving the internet line, updating your address with the bank and your child's school.

Ask a chatbot for a plan in two steps. First, have it interview you: when you move, how big the home is, who is helping, whether you have kids or pets. Then ask for a week-by-week checklist built from your answers.

Keep the chat going as you work. Each week, paste what you finished and what slipped, and ask it to update the rest of the plan. Breaking a big job into steps like this is called prompt chaining, and it keeps each answer focused.

AI will not know local details such as your building's rules for moving furniture in the lift, or which days the truck company is busy before Tết. Ask your building manager and the movers directly.

Build your moving plan

  1. 1. Paste the prompt below into a chatbot and answer its questions.
  2. 2. Ask it to turn the plan into a checklist you can copy into your notes app or Zalo cloud.
  3. 3. Set a weekly reminder to send it an update and get the next week's list.
I am moving house in Vietnam. Before planning, ask me up to 8 questions, one at a time: moving date, home size, how far, who helps, kids or pets, what bills and services need moving. Then give me a week-by-week checklist, with the jobs that need booking early at the top of each week. Keep each item short.
