Lesson 262 · 2 min
Post ideas from your comments
Your customers' comments and questions are a free list of posts they already want to see.

Every week people ask the same things under your posts and in your inbox: do you ship to Đà Nẵng, is this dress true to size, can I order a cake for tomorrow. Each repeated question is a post waiting to be made.
Copy a batch of comments and messages into a note. Remove names, phone numbers and addresses first. Then ask a chatbot to group them by topic and count how often each one comes up.
Ask for post ideas for the top groups: a short video answering the question, a photo post with the size chart, a story showing how you pack an order. You pick the ones that fit your shop and your time.
This works because you are answering real people. Your posts get more useful, and you get fewer repeat questions in the inbox.

Turn 30 comments into a post plan
- 1. Copy about 30 recent comments and inbox questions into a note.
- 2. Delete names, phone numbers and addresses.
- 3. Paste them with the prompt below and pick the three ideas you can make this week.
Below are recent comments and questions from customers of my [TYPE OF SHOP]. Group them by topic, count how often each topic appears, and for the top 5 topics suggest one post idea each (format, first line, what to show). Use only what customers actually asked. Comments: [PASTE]
