Indoor games for a rainy day
When the rain keeps everyone inside, a chatbot can suggest games that fit your space, your kids' ages and what you have at home.

Rainy season afternoons in an apartment can feel very long. The trick is to give the chatbot real details: how many children, their ages, how much space you have and what is lying around, like plastic cups, old newspapers or a deck of cards.
Ask for games with no screens and little mess. You will get ideas such as a treasure hunt with written clues, a paper boat race in a basin, or a quiet drawing game for after lunch.
If an idea does not suit you, say why and ask for another. "Too noisy, the neighbours sleep at noon" is a perfectly good reason, and the next list will be quieter.
Keep a short list of the ones your kids loved. Next time it rains, you will not need to ask at all.

Plan this afternoon
- 1. Look around and note five everyday items you can use.
- 2. Paste the prompt below with your own details.
- 3. Pick two games, set them up and save the winners in your notes app.
It is raining and my two kids, aged 5 and 9, are stuck in our small apartment. We have plastic cups, old newspapers, a ball of string and some crayons. Suggest five indoor games with no screens, little mess and low noise. For each, give the setup in two lines.
