Writing a job post

Tell AI what the person will actually do each week and what they truly need, and you get a job post that attracts the right people.

Many job posts are a list of every skill anyone could want. Good candidates who meet most of them do not apply, and the post says little about the real job.

Start with the work: what will this person do in a normal week, and what will they have achieved after six months? Then separate must-haves from nice-to-haves.

AI can turn those notes into a clear, friendly post. Ask it to remove jargon and anything that excludes people for no reason, such as age, gender or appearance requirements that have nothing to do with the job.

Include the practical facts candidates care about: location, hours, salary range if you can share it, and how to apply. Check the final text against your company's rules and the labour law.
