How it works
From first call to finished video
A short call
Twenty minutes. You tell us what people get wrong today and what they should do instead.
Script
We send a script and a rough storyboard. You change anything you like.
First cut
Animation, narration and subtitles together. You send one round of notes.
Final cut
We apply your notes, then one last round of small fixes.
Delivery
MP4 files in both shapes, subtitle files and a thumbnail.
What we need from you
What you provide
- One person who can approve the script
- Your logo and brand colours
- The facts: product details, steps, rules, and any wording you must use
- Screenshots or a test account, if the video shows your software
- Where it will be shown, so we pick the right shape and length

Questions people ask
- Can Kit wear our colours or hold our product?
- Kit stays a red fox, but the scenes, props and text use your colours and show your product.
- Can we use the video in ads?
- Yes. You get the right to use the finished video for your own marketing and training. Kit stays ours, so Kit can't become your mascot elsewhere.
- Do you use AI to make the videos?
- We use AI tools for some steps, such as drafting narration. A person writes, checks and approves everything.
- What if our topic is technical?
- That is what we are good at. We are engineers, and we turn technical topics into plain words for a living.
- Can you do other languages?
- English and Vietnamese are included. Ask us about others.
