A laptop or phone with a free chatbot account they are allowed to use at work. We help set it up in the first 15 minutes.

- No. The first block assumes nobody has used a chatbot before, and people who have still learn a lot.
- Can you tailor it to our work?
- Yes. Before the day we ask for a few typical tasks, and we use those in the hands-on blocks.

- English or Vietnamese, your choice. Handouts come in both.
- Which chatbot do you use?
- Whatever your organisation allows. The habits work the same in all the common ones.
