AI for an air-conditioner repair worker
An air-conditioner technician can use AI for quotes, customer messages and reading manuals, while the electrical work stays in trained hands.
In hot season, the phone rings all day. Customers want to know the price for cleaning, a gas top-up or moving a unit, and they want it on Zalo right now. AI can help you write a clear price list and polite replies you can reuse.
Give a chatbot your real prices, for example cleaning a split unit at 150,000 to 250,000 dong depending on size, and ask it to turn them into a short message that also explains what is included. Customers trust a clear list.
You can also photograph an error code on a remote or a page from a manual in English or Chinese and ask what it says. That saves time, but check the model number, because codes differ between brands and models.
Do not follow AI instructions for wiring or refrigerant work. Use the maker's service manual and your training. Electricity and pressurised gas can hurt people, and a chatbot cannot see the unit.
