Pricing your cakes so they pay
A home bakery can use AI to add up the real cost of each cake, so the price covers flour, cream, gas, boxes and your hours.

Many home bakers price a birthday cake by looking at what others charge, say 350,000 dong, without knowing what it costs them to make. Then butter goes up and every cake quietly loses money.
A chatbot can build a cost sheet with you. List the ingredients and what you paid, how much of each one cake uses, plus the box, candles, gas or electricity, delivery and the hours you spend.
Ask it to work out the cost per cake and show what price gives you a profit margin you choose. It can also write a spreadsheet formula, so next month you only change the ingredient prices.
Check the maths with a calculator on one cake. AI sometimes mixes grams and kilograms, which makes a big difference to the cost of cream cheese.
