Clearer building quotes with AI
A builder can turn site notes into a tidy, itemised quote that customers understand, as long as the numbers come from the builder.

Many small builders send a quote as one line on Zalo: "Redo the bathroom, 45 million dong." Customers then argue about what was included, and the builder ends up doing extra work for free.
AI is good at structure. Give it your rough notes from the site visit and your own prices, and ask it to lay them out as items: demolition, waterproofing, tiles, labour, materials, cleanup, with a total.
It can also add the lines people forget, such as what is not included, how long the job takes, the payment stages and how long the price is valid. You decide what goes in.
Do not let the chatbot invent prices or material amounts. Its guesses about tile counts or cement bags can be off. Check every number with your own measurements and supplier prices before sending.

Turn my notes into a clear quote in Vietnamese for a customer. Job: [JOB]. Items and my prices in dong: [ITEMS AND PRICES]. Make a table with item, quantity, unit price and amount, then a total. Add sections for what is not included, time to finish, payment stages and how long the quote is valid. Do not change or invent any price.

- The instruction or question you give an AI. Clearer prompts with context usually get much better answers.
- Hallucination
- When an AI states something false with confidence, such as a made-up fact, quote or source.
