AI photo editing on your phone
The AI tools in your phone's gallery can erase strangers, fix light and sharpen faces, and it is worth knowing where honest editing ends.
01 · The idea
Many phone galleries and photo apps now have AI tools built in. You can tap on a stranger behind your family at Hồ Gươm and remove them, brighten a dark Tết dinner photo, or straighten a crooked horizon.
These tools fill the erased area by guessing what was behind it. Small things such as a bin or a passer-by usually work well. Large areas or busy patterns can come out smeared, so zoom in before you share.
Editing your own holiday photos is fine. It gets tricky when a photo is used as evidence: a product photo for a sale, a picture of damage for an insurance claim, a document. Removing or adding things there is misleading. Some apps also add a label or hidden data saying a photo was edited with AI.
02 · Think of it like this
It is like a very good eraser that also draws. Perfect for tidying a family photo, but not something to use on a receipt.

AI can fix scratches, fading and blur in old photos, but it can also invent faces, so keep the original and label the new copy.

Titles and thumbnails
AI can brainstorm clear titles and thumbnail ideas for your videos, but the best thumbnail still uses a real photo of your real product.
