Lesson 256 · 2 min
Facebook and Zalo posts for your shop
Tell AI who your customers are and what you want them to do, and it can draft a post that sounds like a person, ready for you to tweak.

Many small shops post the same thing every time: a photo and "inbox for price". Customers scroll past. A good post gives one reason to care, the key facts, and one clear next step.
Give AI the details: your shop, who buys from you, the product or news, the price, and what you want people to do, like message you, come by or order before Friday. Ask for three short options in different tones.
Facebook pages, Facebook groups and Zalo work differently. A Zalo message to regular customers can be short and personal. A Facebook post for new people needs a stronger first line. Tell AI where the post will go.
Edit the draft so it sounds like you. Cut stiff phrases, add a local detail or a little story, and keep prices and dates exactly right. Customers can tell when a post was copied from a machine without a second look.
Do it now
Draft this week's post
- 1. Pick one thing to post about this week: a new product, a deal or a behind-the-scenes moment.
- 2. Fill in the prompt below and ask for three versions.
- 3. Choose one, rewrite a line or two in your own words, and check the price and date.
Act as a friendly social media helper for a small shop in Vietnam. Shop: [NAME, WHAT YOU SELL, AREA]. Customers: [WHO THEY ARE]. Post topic: [NEWS OR PRODUCT, PRICE IN DONG, DATES]. Platform: [Facebook page / Facebook group / Zalo message to regular customers]. Goal: [MESSAGE US / VISIT / ORDER BY DATE]. Write three short versions: one warm, one playful, one straight to the point. Each under 80 words, with a strong first line and one clear call to action. No hashtag spam, no claims I did not give.
