Lesson 255 · 3 min
Reading reviews for what to fix
Paste a pile of reviews into AI and ask it to sort the complaints into themes, and you get a short list of what to fix first.

Reviews on Google Maps, Shopee or Grab are free advice, but reading two hundred of them is hard and the angry ones stick in your head. It is easy to fix the wrong thing.
Copy your recent reviews into a chatbot and ask it to group them: what people praise, what they complain about, and how often each issue comes up. Ask for a short quote as an example of each theme.
Then check the counts yourself. AI can miscount or lump two problems together. Pick two or three reviews from each theme and read them in full to make sure the summary is fair.
Turn the top complaint into one small change you can make this week, like a clearer sign for parking or a faster way to pack orders. Fixing one real problem is worth more than replying perfectly to every review.
Do it now
Find your top complaint
- 1. Copy your last 30 to 100 reviews into a document. Remove reviewers' names.
- 2. Paste them into a chatbot with the prompt below.
- 3. Spot check two reviews per theme to make sure the summary is right.
- 4. Choose one fix and write down when you will do it.
Here are recent customer reviews of my [TYPE OF BUSINESS]. Group them into themes. For each theme give: a short name, how many reviews mention it, whether it is praise or a complaint, and one short example quote. Then list the top three complaints in order of how often they appear, with one cheap, practical fix for each. Do not invent reviews or numbers. Reviews: [PASTE REVIEWS].
