A week of family meals

Show AI a few meals your family already likes, and it can plan a week that fits your tastes and your time.

Deciding what to cook every single day is tiring. A chatbot can plan seven dinners at once, plus one combined shopping list, so you shop once or twice instead of every afternoon.

The trick is examples. Tell it three or four meals your family loves, such as canh chua, thịt kho trứng or rau muống xào tỏi. With those examples it can guess your taste far better than with "plan Vietnamese meals".

Add the real limits: how much time you have on weekdays, who will not eat fish, a grandparent who needs less salt, a child who eats at school at noon. Ask it to reuse ingredients across days so less goes to waste.

If a family member has a medical diet, such as for diabetes or kidney disease, follow the doctor's or dietitian's advice first and ask AI only to fit meals around it.

Do it now

Plan next week's dinners

  1. 1. Write down four meals your family enjoys and any foods someone avoids.
  2. 2. Paste them into the prompt below.
  3. 3. Ask for the shopping list grouped by fresh food and dry goods.
Plan 7 dinners for my family of [number] in Vietnam. Meals we love: [4 examples]. Avoid: [list]. Weekday cooking time is 30 minutes or less. Reuse ingredients across days to cut waste. Give a table of day, main dish, soup or side, and vegetables, then one combined shopping list.
