A 15-minute workout plan
AI can write a short home workout that fits your level, as long as you start easy and stop if anything hurts.

Fifteen minutes a day at home, with no gym and no equipment, is enough to start moving more. A chatbot can build a plan from simple moves like squats, wall push-ups, marching on the spot and stretches.
Tell it your age, your current fitness, the space you have and anything that limits you, such as a sore knee. Ask for a warm-up, the main part and a cool-down, with an easier version of each move.
AI does not see how you move and cannot judge your health. If you have heart problems, high blood pressure, are pregnant, are recovering from an injury or have not exercised in years, talk to a doctor before you start.
Stop at once if you feel chest pain, dizziness or sharp pain in a joint. A little muscle tiredness the next day is normal. Pain during a move is a signal to stop.
