Make a family budget with AI
AI can sort a month of family spending into clear groups and suggest a budget, if you feed it totals rather than private account details.

Most families know roughly what they earn and have only a vague idea where it goes. Market trips, school fees, petrol, wedding gifts, and small daily coffees add up quietly.
Start by collecting one month of spending: notes from your phone, receipts, or the history in your banking app. Write each item as an amount and a short label. Leave out account numbers, names and anything that identifies you.
Paste the list and ask the chatbot to group it into categories, total each one, and show it as a simple table. Then ask for a budget split that fits your income and a few gentle suggestions. Check the sums with a calculator, because chatbots can slip on arithmetic.
A budget works when the whole family agrees on it. Share the table at dinner, decide together what to change, and review it once a month.
Do it now
Sort one month of spending
- 1. List last month's spending as amount plus label, for example "150,000 VND groceries".
- 2. Remove any account numbers, names or card details.
- 3. Use the prompt below and check the totals yourself.
Here is my family's spending for one month in VND. Group it into categories (food, housing, transport, school, health, gifts, fun, other), total each one, and show a table with percentages of our income of [amount] VND. Then suggest a monthly budget and three small changes we could try. Spending: [paste list]
