Lesson 123 · 2 min

"Like and review for money" tasks

Jobs that pay you to like videos or rate products start with small real payments, then ask you to deposit money for bigger tasks you never get paid for.

It begins with a friendly message offering part-time work from your phone: like these posts, follow these shops, leave five-star reviews. The first tasks pay a little, and the money really arrives.

Then you are added to a group where others boast about big earnings. To unlock "premium tasks" or withdraw your commission, you must first send money. Each time, there is a new fee.

The early payments are bait, and the cheerful group members are often fake accounts or bots. The more you send, the harder it feels to stop.

A real employer never asks you to pay to work. Paid fake reviews also mislead other shoppers, so stay out even when it seems harmless.

Warn your group

  1. 1. Think of a family or friend group chat where people might see these offers.
  2. 2. Post a short note: "Any job that asks you to deposit money to earn more is a scam."
  3. 3. Block and report the next account that offers you task work.
