A 90-day plan to use AI at work
Start with one boring task, measure the time it saves, then add one more task each month and share what works.

People who get the most out of AI at work rarely start big. They pick one annoying, repeated task and get really good at handing it off.
Month one: choose one task, like weekly reports or replying to common customer questions. Build a prompt that works, save it and note how long the task took before and after.
Month two: add a second task and improve the first. Keep a small file of prompts that work, with notes on what to check in the output.
Month three: share. Show a colleague or your team what you do, including the mistakes AI made and how you caught them. Ask your company what tools and data are allowed, if you have not yet.

- 3. Use the prompt below to plan month one.
Help me plan month one of using AI at work. My role: [ROLE]. The task I picked: [TASK], which takes me about [TIME] each week. Give me: a first prompt to try, what I should check in the output each time, and a simple way to measure the time saved. Keep it practical.
