Reading appliance specs with AI
A photo of a spec label or product page lets a chatbot explain what all those numbers mean for your home.

Shopping for an air conditioner, fridge or water heater means a wall of numbers: BTU, watts, litres, inverter, energy stars. A chatbot that can read photos can turn the label into plain words.
Take a clear photo of the spec sheet or the energy label, then ask what matters for your situation. For example, "Is this air conditioner big enough for a 15 square metre bedroom in Hà Nội?"
You can also compare two models. Upload both labels and ask which uses less power and roughly what that means for your monthly bill.
The chatbot can misread a blurry number or guess a figure that is not on the label. Check the key numbers yourself against the photo, and confirm warranty and installation details with the shop.
Do it now
Decode one label
- 1. Photograph the spec label of an appliance at home or in a store.
- 2. Upload it with the prompt below.
- 3. Compare the numbers in the answer with the photo to make sure nothing was misread.
Here is a photo of an appliance spec label. Explain each number in plain words, tell me which ones matter most for a family of four in Vietnam, and list anything I should ask the shop before buying. If a number is hard to read, say so instead of guessing.
