A customer FAQ for your shop

Write the answers to your ten most common questions once, and stop typing them fifty times a week.

Do you deliver? How long does it take? Can I pay by bank transfer? Can I return it if it does not fit? Most shops get the same few questions again and again on Zalo, Facebook and at the counter.

Make a list of those questions and write your real answers in rough form, with your actual delivery areas, fees, payment methods and return rules. Then ask a chatbot to turn them into a short, friendly FAQ.

Tell it to use only your answers. If you leave a gap, a chatbot may fill it with a policy you do not have, such as free returns for 30 days. When it is unsure, it should leave a note for you instead of guessing.

Pin the FAQ on your page, save it as quick replies in your chat app, or print it by the till. Update it whenever a rule changes so customers always see the current answer.
