AI for a durian or coffee farm

A durian or coffee farmer can use AI to keep a season diary, read buyer requirements and plan the work, while crop treatment follows the label and the local extension office.

Farm work runs on memory: when you fertilised the east plot, when the flowers came, how much the trader paid last year. A chatbot can turn your voice notes or scribbles into a tidy season diary that you can search later.

Buyers and exporters often send long requirements about harvest dates, residue limits or packing. Paste the document and ask the AI to list what you need to do and by when, in plain Vietnamese. Then check the list with the buyer or your cooperative.

It can also help with planning: how many workers you need at harvest, a simple budget for fertiliser and water, or a comparison of two price offers per kilo. Give it your real numbers and check the maths yourself.

For pests and disease, a photo and a chatbot are only a first guess. Spraying decisions should follow the product label and advice from the agricultural extension office or a trusted technician, because wrong chemicals can ruin a harvest and fail export checks.

Do it now

Start a season diary

  1. 1. Record a short voice note or write down what you did on the farm this week.
  2. 2. Paste the text into a chatbot with the prompt below.
  3. 3. Keep the table and add to it every week.
I grow [DURIAN / COFFEE] on [SIZE] in [PROVINCE]. Here are my notes from this week: [NOTES]. Turn them into a diary table with columns: date, plot, work done, inputs used and amount, cost in dong, and notes. Ask me about anything that is unclear. Do not suggest any chemical.

Quick check
