Writing English emails with AI
Write your point in simple English or Vietnamese, let AI make it natural, and ask it to explain the changes so you learn as you go.
01 · The idea
Many people spend twenty minutes on a five-line English email, worrying about grammar and tone. AI can cut that to two minutes.
Write what you want to say in plain words, even in Vietnamese. Tell the AI who the reader is and how formal to be. Ask for a short, natural email that a native speaker would write.
Then ask it to list the three most useful changes it made and why. Over time you will learn common phrases, like how to politely chase a late reply or decline a meeting.
Read the final email before sending. Check names, dates and numbers, and make sure the tone fits. AI can sound too formal, or too cheerful, for some situations.
