Lesson 233 · 2 min
AI for a real estate broker
A broker can use AI to write clear listings and answer the same questions faster, as long as every fact in the listing is checked against the papers.

Brokers write a lot: listing posts, replies to buyers, short summaries for the owner. A chatbot can turn your rough notes, like "4x16m, 3 floors, alley 3m, near market, pink book ready", into a tidy post in a minute.
Ask it to write one version for Facebook groups and a shorter one for Zalo. You can also ask for a list of questions buyers usually ask about this kind of house, so you prepare the answers before the phone rings.
Facts matter more here than in almost any other trade. The size, the legal status, the alley width and the price must come from the papers and the owner, never from the AI. A chatbot can make up a nice detail that is not true.
Keep private details out. Do not paste the owner's ID number, the full certificate or the buyer's phone number into a chatbot.
Do it now
Write an honest listing from your notes
- 1. Write your notes about one property in short phrases.
- 2. Paste them with the prompt below.
- 3. Check every number and legal detail against the documents before you post.
Turn these notes into a clear property listing for a Facebook group, under 150 words, in Vietnamese: [NOTES]. Use only the facts I gave you. If something important is missing, such as legal status or alley width, list it as a question for me instead of guessing.
