Learn a new skill in 15 minutes a day
A short daily session with AI as your coach, built around practice and feedback, adds up faster than one long weekend course.
01 · The idea
Big goals like "learn Excel" or "get better at public speaking" stall because they have no next step. Ask AI to turn the goal into a 30 day plan of 15 minute sessions, each with one small skill and one exercise.
Tell it where you are starting. "I can type numbers into Excel but have never written a formula." A good starting point keeps the plan from being too easy or too hard.
Spend most of the 15 minutes doing, with only a little reading. Each day, ask for a short exercise, try it yourself, then paste your attempt and ask for feedback. Practice plus feedback is how skills grow.
Keep a one line log: what you did, what was hard. Every week, paste the log and ask the AI to adjust the plan. Missing a day is fine; starting again the next day is the whole trick.
02 · Think of it like this
It is like watering a plant. A little every day does more than a bucket once a month.
03 · Do it now
