Show it examples
One or two good examples in your prompt teach AI your style faster than a paragraph of instructions.
Describing a style is hard. "Friendly but professional" means different things to different people. Showing an example removes the guessing.
This is called few-shot prompting. You give a few examples of input and the output you want, then give the new input. The model copies the pattern.
It works well for product descriptions, social posts, replies to customers, sorting messages into categories, and anything where you already have a few good past samples.
Use two or three examples that differ a little, so the model learns the pattern and not just one sentence. Remove any private details first.
