What not to paste into AI
Treat a chatbot like a public place: never paste anything you would not want a stranger to read.
01 · The idea
What you type into a chatbot is sent to the company's servers. Depending on the tool and your settings, it may be stored, reviewed by staff, or used to train future models.
Never paste passwords, bank or card numbers, ID or passport numbers, medical records, or other people's private details. At work, do not paste customer data, contracts or secret plans unless your company has approved that tool.
Before pasting, remove or replace sensitive bits: "Customer A" instead of a name, "[AMOUNT]" instead of the real number. The AI rarely needs the real details to help.
Check the settings. Most tools let you turn off training on your chats, and work or school accounts often have stronger privacy rules.
02 · Think of it like this
It is like talking on a phone in a busy train. You can discuss your plans, but you would not read out your PIN.
03 · Do it now

What is AI, really?
AI is software that learned patterns from examples instead of following rules a person wrote.
