A bilingual CV
Write your CV once with strong facts, then use AI to make a natural version in the second language and check the job titles carefully.
01 · The idea
Many jobs in Vietnam ask for a CV in English as well as Vietnamese. A word-for-word translation often sounds stiff and can turn a normal job title into something odd.
Start with a strong version in the language you write best: each job with two or three results, using numbers where you have them. Then ask AI to write the other version as a native speaker would, keeping every fact the same.
Check job titles, company names, degrees and dates by hand. Titles like "trưởng phòng" can mean head of department or manager depending on the company, so choose the one that matches your real job.
Never let AI add skills or results you do not have. Employers check, and a CV that does not match your interview answers is worse than a modest one.
