Reading your channel numbers

A screenshot of your video stats plus one good question to AI tells you which videos to make more of.

01 · The idea

TikTok, YouTube and Facebook all give you a stats page for each video. Most shop owners look at views and stop there. The more useful numbers are how long people watched, where they dropped off, and how many came back or followed.

You can take a screenshot of those stats and paste it into a chatbot that reads images. Ask it to explain each number in plain words and to point out the moment most viewers left.

Compare like with like. A video about your new bánh tráng trộn flavour and a video of the shop at closing time are different kinds of posts, so compare each with others of its own kind.

AI can misread a number on a blurry screenshot, so check any figure it quotes against the screen. Then change one thing in the next video, such as a shorter opening, and see if the number moves.

02 · Think of it like this

It is like looking at your sales book at the end of the week. The total matters, but the real lesson is which days and which dishes sold, so you know what to cook more of.

03 · Do it now

04 · Quick check

Your last video got many views but most people left after 3 seconds. What does that tell you?
